Windows buffers FTP data. This creates problems if the FTP information changes. If the FTP page is refreshed with F5 will typically work. It is suggested to force Windows to always reload FTP pages.
To make this change:
Open the Windows Internet Options properties (see screen shots below)
Select “settings”
Select “Every time I visit a webpage”
Save settings by clicking “OK”
