SHIPPING & RETURNS
Customers are responsible for all incoming and outgoing shipping with the exception of warranty replacements. Warranty shipments will be sent UPS Ground shipping. Expedited warranty shipping is available and customer expense.
Shipments can be made on a customer UPS account for U.S. shipments only. Fedex account shipping is available, however, it may delay the shipment date by one business day.
IN NO EVENT SHALL SELLER BE LIABLE TO BUYER OR ANY THIRD PARTY FOR ANY LOSS OF USE, REVENUE OR PROFIT OR DIMINUTION IN VALUE, OR FOR ANY CONSEQUENTIAL, INDIRECT, INCIDENTAL, SPECIAL, EXEMPLARY, OR PUNITIVE DAMAGES WHETHER ARISING OUT OF BREACH OF CONTRACT, TORT (INCLUDING NEGLIGENCE) OR OTHERWISE, REGARDLESS OF WHETHER SUCH DAMAGES WERE FORESEEABLE AND WHETHER OR NOT SELLER HAS BEEN ADVISED OF THE POSSIBILITY OF SUCH DAMAGES, AND NOTWITHSTANDING THE FAILURE OF ANY AGREED OR OTHER REMEDY OF ITS ESSENTIAL PURPOSE.
YOU AGREE IN ACCEPTING OUR PRODUCT OR PART TO HOLD US HARMLESS FROM ANY AND ALL SUCH CLAIMS OR DAMAGES THAT MAY INITITIATED BY YOU OR ANY THIRD PARTIES.
