Product Description

The RLY104 I/O expansion module in a PC104 form factor combines isolated inputs with the high current capacity of hard contact relay outputs. Removable terminal blocks make for quick field connection to solenoids, small motors, and lighting loads. The RLY104 requires only 5 VDC from the PC104 bus for proper operation.

The RLY104 is jumper selectable to occupy eight different I/O address ranges allowing for multiple relay boards on a PC104 stack. Custom addressing capability can be provided upon request.

Normally open bifurcated relay outputs switch either AC or DC loads with long lifetime operation and minimal relay bounce. The status of relay outputs can be read back as an PC104 input register.

The isolated input voltage range is either AC or DC from 3 to 24 volts. Input connections are made with a 16 pin header that mate with standard ribbon cables.
