Indexer System

The USB indexer integrates the benefits of USB memory with a sturdy 5C, VH-160 or VH-210 rotary table. Capable of running a single program, the USB indexer executes indexed moves and sends non-
rotary data machine data via DNC. This eliminates the need to write and coordinate multiple
programs between an indexer and a CNC. The Calmotion USB Indexer is capable of running
conventional indexer programs with an M function interface as well. The indexer contains all the features of the USBCNC to load, save and DNC programs even without a 5C/VH-160 attached.  
Includes a 2 GB USB key and M function cable. The 5C is available with an air collet closer that
retains its holding force even with a complete loss of air. Spring-less design eliminates air collet

5C Rotary table- Fanuc and Fadal compatible 5C rotary table.

5C rotary table with servo kits for Fadal and Fanuc CNC's are built from top-quality components and engineered to provide robust operation without sacrificing accuracy. Its heat treated steel gear set uses throated helix gears for greater contact area to reduce gear wear and absorb shock loads. A dual adjustment design provides optimal gear mesh to further enhance the performance and accuracy of the gear set. AC brushless motors used in the 5C eliminates any maintenance
associated with  brush replacement. DC versions are also available to support legacy servo

Calmotion VH series of rotary tables

Calmotion VH rotary table with servo kits for Fadal and Fanuc CNC's are built from top-quality components and engineered to provide robust operation without sacrificing accuracy. These rotary tables can be mounted in a vertical or horizontal position. The VH series of rotary tables come complete with wiring harnesses in addition to servo packages for many types of CNC's. They can be integrated with customer supplied motors as well.  The VH-160 has a 5C collet closer as an option.

Calmotion TRT series of tilt-rotary tables

The TRT series of tilt-rotary tables eliminate extra set-ups by positioning parts to just about any angle for machining. Machine up to five sides of a part and reach compound angles easily.  The TRT series of rotary tables come complete with wiring harnesses in addition to servo packages for many types of CNC's. The USBCNC disk reader control acts as an interface between commercially available USB flash memory and any CNC control with an available RS-232 port. Machine tool files can be sent from CNC memory to the USB key, USB key to CNC memory or drip fed (DNC) from the USB key. Flexible DNC firmware is built into the USBCNC unit allowing connection to just about any machine tool CNC
control. No hardware or software upgrades are required on the machine. Included with controller purchase:

LANCNC Ethernet controller for any CNC
The LANCNC controller adds data server capability to any CNC. No special software is required.
Simply drag and drop files on your network to the data server located in the machine's control cabinet. Files can be accessed by the CNC independently from the network insuring operation even when a network is down. Files too large to fit on resident CNC memory can be drip fed via DNC. Files can be updated without the network if required by removing the SD card and updating at a PC.
A 2 GB SD card is provided as standard. The unit is compatible with standard wireless routers.
