VH Series Rotary Tables

The Calmotion VH series T-slotted rotary tables are designed to hold a variety of medium to large parts and fixtures. The VH series can be mounted either vertically or horizontally for maximum flexibility of use.

Fixtures and chucks can be quickly and easily bolted to the table using multiple precision T-slots and through holes for a variety of bar feeding and unique fixture requirements.

Optional tailstocks are also available for supporting long work pieces requiring complex cutting.

Each VH series rotary tables comes pre-wired with a servo motor compatible with a customer's CNC machine. These include Fanuc, Fadal, Mitsubishi, Mitsubishi and more. Stand-alone operation can be achieved with a Calmotion USB indexer for semi-4th axis functionality.

Motor and encoder wires are epoxy sealed on the motor end to protect against contamination. (A common point of failure for many rotary tables.)

Complete wiring harnesses in addition to servo packages are also available in order to facilitate installation of many CNC types.

The VH-160 and VH-210 are  available with a manual 5C collet closer that is ideal for holding small parts with standard 5C collets.
